To help find out what you think of our service, and to comply with Healthcare regulations we carry out an ongoing Patient Satisfaction Survey. Upon completion of their treatment patients will be given a questionnaire and asked to fill it in and return it to our Senior Nurse, Ronnie Andrews.

We welcome comments and suggestions about the service we provide. If you want to make a complaint about your treatment, we follow the standard procedures used byour host hospitals. The facility staff will guide you through this process. Complaints about the general service and or facilities within the department will be handled by

Privacy and Dignity of Patients

LHM Healthcare Ltd. makes every effort to ensure that all patients are treated with respect and afforded the appropriate measure of dignity and privacy.

Toilets are available on the premises for everybody including disabled patients. Consultations and examinations are carried out in the privacy of the doctor’s examination room and private changing facilities are available to all patients before and after treatments.

A separate room is available for the assessment and treatment of problem wounds.
